@lauren.digitalsales: Last summer, I was the mum watching videos like this. Trying to make maternity pay last. Counting down the days till payday. And quietly dreading the thought of having to leave my baby before I was ready. I didn't want a huge business. I didn't want to become an influencer. I just wanted to take some of the pressure off and create a few more options for my family. So I did something completely out of my comfort zone and started learning about digital products and Canva. Things like planners, templates, invitations and checklists. What made it feel possible for me as a busy mum was realising I didn't have to create everything myself from day one. I could start with ready-made products while I learnt the ropes, built my confidence and gradually started creating my own too. And this might sound a little dramatic... But I wanted to learn without feeling like everyone was watching me. So I started a brand new account. Blocked everyone I knew. And started posting one short video a day. I had no clue what I was doing. No experience. No following. No confidence. BUT I was willing to learn! Fast forward to today... That little "secret account" has now helped me ✨ Extend my maternity leave. ✨ Reduce my working hours. ✨ Clear debt. ✨ And create extra income from home around my girls. Looking back, starting that account was one of the best decisions I ever made. So if you're a new mum watching this thinking, “I wish I had something like that..." This is your sign to stop overthinking it and just start. Because you never know where one small decision could lead 🙌 If you'd like to know exactly how I got started as a complete beginner, DM me LEARN and I'll go through it ❤️ And make sure you're following so we can message properly x #maternityleaveuk #matleavemums #ukmumlife #workfromhomemumuk #mumsidehustlesuk
