if you look up the case she attempted to point the gun at the officer. the sorry was not to the person he killed but the other civilian he was trying to protect. not all cops are bad people

Not totally sure but from my point of view it seems that the driver of the jeep in front of the car probably got shot by the officer accidentally when shooting at the lady with the gun

So he couldn't draw point it right at her Western style and say "Do not touch that gun" and removed her from the vehicle???? He has to draw and fire when she could have just been handing the gun to him? She obviously showing the necklace as she either deaf or can't speak! Yeh if she reached for the gun and tried fire then take her down but wow cops are so undertrained its scary!
