This use to be completely open,yes ppl use to sit in the top of the falls or walk across etc.but also a lot of dead bodies were dumped there too.,witchcraft was also commonly done there.some ppl even fished there.🤢 the late 90’s -2000 was a wild time 😅

Yeah, that’s by me on 180th “River Park”… I go there sometimes to get a peace of mind. But starlight Park is where it’s at. People always got some shit to say about the Bronx, but we actually really got some nice places, food, activities. But if you never been here, you’ll always have a stereotype from someone’s mouth who probably only been here only “ once “— I just let them “run their mouth” 😂💯

Got to be careful, some teens died there ages ago. Trying to cross under it , the girl slipped & the boy tried to grab her. They both ended up falling in & drowning. To this day I feel like I went to school with that girl.
