if you're here the husband left the gun loaded on the bed nightstand and the 2-year-old got a hold of it no charges were filed against anyone, but I think the husband should be charged because he's the one that left the gun out and was the reason for why it happened in the first place.

It’s not about fear or rules or locking fire arms up . Knowledge is the best defense against this happening. Tell a child not to touch it they will wonder teach a child what happens when you perform the different functions, teach them how to safely move touch retrieve and you will avoid these situations
