French Onion Beef Casserole 🥘 This is one of those easy comfort meals you’ll make on repeat! Perfect for busy weeknights and so cozy. ✨ Ingredients: • 1 lb ground beef • 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix • 1 onion • 1 tbsp minced garlic • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup • 1 package egg noodles, cooked • Shredded cheese • Crispy fried onions ✨ Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. 2. Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions. 3. Brown the ground beef and season with the Lipton Onion Soup Mix. Remove from the skillet. 4. In the same skillet, sauté the onion until soft and golden. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute. 5. Add the ground beef back to the skillet, then stir in both cans of cream of mushroom soup until combined. 6. Add in the cooked egg noodles and transfer everything to a 9x13 baking dish. 7. Top with shredded cheese and crispy fried onions. 8. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 5 more minutes, until the cheese is melted and the onions are golden.
