When we die, our souls leaves us and go into the spiritual realm. Ask yourself why we don't go to the graves to communicate with the Ancestors. Inverse world. There is no heaven.

The guy needs to understand what is the word real means. Heaven does not only exist beyong the grave but it is really exist now. if this guy thinks something to be real it must be seen, tasted, heard ,or touched by this mortal body for it to be teal, then heaven is not real for him. there are things we can experience or sense that they are real yet we can't touch, see ,or hear them unless our senses tap into a spiritual real for us to have glimpse of what is there in the spiritual realm. so hean is real now.

You are looking it in a literal context, in the Lords prayer, its says "And give us our daily bread" that means our daily needs , not " bread " in its literal form ... one has to be in a certain spiritual level to decern and understand the bible as its written also in parrables , lets not look at it in our"own" understanding but how the Lord speaks to us through it and that requires alignment with him..

I have a different take. I believe heaven exist but its in a different dimension. hence we can never point it and say heaven is there in the sky. God is very smart, He knows His creation and its perseverance attitude. had we knew heaven is within reach,we would be there every day making noise there.
