the stoic mindset is right, but theres a lever hiding in this. viral users churning isnt just bad luck, its your activation telling you it doesnt hook curious users fast enough. a viral moment is basically a stress test on your onboarding. the founders who turn a blip into a step are the ones where even the curious tester hits real value in the first session. fix that and the next viral moment keeps way more of them

Yeah, that very interesting problem to have in your startup. That’s why going viral is usually great but you still need to work on ads funnels for the linearity and predictability. This is two faces of the same coin (organic + ads).
