Damn I’ve always duplicated the text then outlined it (kept one as actual text in case I needed to edit it), then used the outlined one to align. This is so much better thank you!

I shared how to do this with my design team a few years ago, after telling them things were not centered. I changed lives that day. (Mainly mine so I didn’t need to keep telling them to center)

I gave up on it years ago. I started in the 90’s on V7, but these days between Photoshop & InDesign I can get 99% of the work I need from them. Also Affinity have entered the chat.
