Any manager who lets their Dish tank look like that should be effin fired- there are zero excuses unless you have three people working any good manager does rounds including the Dish room you know how many times as a manager I lug dishes, grab people from the back to go get dishes so we can wash dishes having the dish area, prepped, and ready having staff trained, knowing where to put dirty stuff keeping water clean. It’s all part of the process and as easy as that job is, it is critical to a good dinner service and any manager should know better. My standards are a problem in the restaurant because owner’s ego can’t handle it, but this is Ludacris.
