@ambassador_iman: Garissa County Government Hands Over Site for Three New Borehole Drilling Projects in Galbet Wednesday, 5th August 2026 Garissa County Garissa County Chief Officer for Water, Mr. Mohamed Jirow, today officially handed over the site for the drilling of three new boreholes in Bulla Burburis, Galbet, to the contractor, Mr. Bishiin. The borehole drilling project is aimed at improving access to clean and safe water for residents of the area and forms part of the Garissa County Government’s commitment to expanding water infrastructure across the county. The project has been sponsored by H.E. Nathif Jama Adam, EGH, Governor of Garissa County, as part of his administration’s ongoing efforts to enhance access to clean and safe water and improve the livelihoods of the people of Garissa County.
