because the coffee i get in melbourne is priceless (for the strawberry chia pudding): - 4-5 small strawberries, quartered  - 50ml any milk  - 2 heaped tbsp greek yogurt  - 2tbsp honey  - 2tbsp chia seeds  (for the almond granola): - 1/3 cup rolled oats  - a small handful of almonds, chopped  - 1tbsp olive oil / butter  - 2-3tbsp honey / maple syrup  (to serve): - any yogurt you like! - fresh kiwi, sliced into rounds  - fresh blackberries - any nut butter (i use peanut!) - desiccated coconut  - extract honey (optional) method: 1. begin by roughly mushing the strawberries in a small bowl using a fork (you can leave some texture!). 2. add in the milk, yogurt, honey and chia seeds and mix until thoroughly combined. 3. pop in the fridge for at least 30 minutes whilst you prepare the rest. 4. in a small frying pan, turn the heat to medium low. 5. add in the oats, almonds, olive oil (or butter) and honey (or maple syrup. 6. toss together until evenly coated and keep stirring regularly for about 5-10 minutes until golden brown. 7. gather the granola into one corner of the pan and press into an even flat layer. remove from the heat and allow to cool whilst you prepare the rest. 8. place your yogurt in a bowl and make a little well in the centre. 9. once the chia pudding has thickened, place however much you like in the centre. 10. top with sliced kiwi and fresh blackberries. 11. break up the granola using a wooden spoon and carefully spoon on top of the bowl wherever you like. 12. finish with a generous dollop of peanut butter, a sprinkle of coconut and finally some honey… enjoy xxxx🍓 #breakfast #breakfastideas #yogurt #yogurtbowl #strawberry
