Sad Incident PS Badaber Jurisdiction #police #peshawar
Most foods have some protein. That doesn't make them a protein source. Peanut butter has protein. So do nuts, beans, quinoa, cheese. But if you try to hit 150 grams of protein a day eating those foods, you'll blow past your calorie limit long before you hit your protein goal. Because in all of those foods, the protein is almost incidental. The fat or the carbs are the dominant macro. The protein is just along for the ride. A real protein source is a food where protein is the point. Chicken breast, tuna, egg whites, Greek yogurt, protein powder. Everything else on the plate is built around it. Quick way to test it: take the grams of protein and multiply by 10. If that number is higher than the total calories, it qualifies. Chicken breast at 110 calories with 26 grams of protein: 26 × 10 = 260. Way above 110. Qualifies. Peanut butter at 190 calories with 8 grams of protein: 8 × 10 = 80. Nowhere near 190. Doesn't qualify. Knowing the difference is what actually moves the scale.
