if you’re applying internationally, i highly recommend taking engl proficiency tests and getting certificates such as TESOL, TEFL, CEFR, IELTS, or TOEIC po. these can give you “better” opportunities & make your application more competitive, just like what i did. ps: not all schools require them, but most schools consider them, and they can also give you additional points in the application process

I was once a teacher in Thailand too. Bumalik sa Pinas, planning to apply sa Deped pero sa nakikita ko na nakakasira daw mental health mukhang di ko kaya. I am planning to go back to TH. Parang akong stranger sa sarili kong bansa ngayon. I really miss Thailand. 😢

I was once a teacher in Thailand, and it was a great experience for me. Then, I came back here to the Philippines and pursued teaching in DepEd. I can say that it’s okay naman and has been another meaningful experience for me. My advice is, kung saan ka masaya, go for it. Tayo lang naman ang makakapag-decide kung ano talaga ang gusto natin sa buhay at career natin. Padayon sa lahat ng mga kapwa ko guro! ❤️
