for those who don’t know, this is beef tripe, it’s the stomach lining of a cow, cows have four stomachs. This is one of them and they are all edible. Before they cook it, they have to thoroughly clean it because it holds all the digested grass (aka poop).

For people who don't know what this is, this is a cow organ where all the body waste is stored people in Pakistan eat it, it's called "ojri"
