as a psych student, pls guys, stop feeding your hope. 😭 the more u keep asking yourself kasi na “babalik pa ba?” the more your brain stays attached to someone who’s already gone. u CAN’T heal from something you’re still waiting to happen. hope feels comforting, but sometimes it’s literally what’s delaying your healing. u don’t need another sign, another message, or another chance. enough na yung hindi ka niya pinili ok? that wasn’t just rejection, that was already your answer. magiging okay din tayo!! lavarn! 🫂❤️🩹

No, but don't wish or wait for them to come back. Eventually, you'll realize how much better your life became after "no contact" began. And if they do come back, don't open the door for them. Some doors are meant to stay closed, especially when reopening them only leads to the same pain you experienced the first time around.

oo, naghabol siya sa'kin almost 2 months after ng 2 years relationship namin. sa buong relationship namin nagtiis ako na ako nagbabayad ng dates, pati pamasahe niya kapag magkasama kami, nagtiis ako na no gifts, nor any plans na siya ang nagkukusa. hindi niya kasi ako niligawan kaya umasa ako na babawi siya diyan pero sa communication, hindi rin siya maayos. gusto niya magbebeg pa ako bago siya magsabi. tapos tuwing magkekwento ako, ica-cut niya kasi ayaw niya daw na ibang bagay pinag-uusapan. gusto niya about sa'min lang pero hindi siya nag-iisip ng topic.

dami dito pumipilit at nag gagaslight na mag move on na, yun iba psych student pa. I'm not psychology student but the only solution of it is makita mo yun ex mo na Masaya na totally sa bago nya. dun mo na marerealize na talo ka at pwede kana mag move on. hirap nun no contacts as in hoping ka and pwede rin you regret nakilala mo sya, nagtatalo sa isip mo at the same time kung ano papaniwalaan mo.
