accountants? no. bookkeepers? most likely. bookkeeping is just one part of an accountant’s job. yes, ai will definitely speed up the bookkeeping process pero it stops there. ai cannot be held legally accountable when signing off financial statements. even so, this “signing off” is just one small part of an accountant’s broad role.

Im an accounting fresh grad and ito makikita ko sa fyp 😅. But I think you should know muna the difference between a bookkeeper and an accountant. Yes bookkeeping can be replaced by ai since its only data entry/routinary but it can never replace professional judgement ng mga accountants. (Hopefully hehe)

I work in admin and business dev in call center. Despite popular belief call center agents are not being replaced because robots can never appeal to empathy and de-escalation, so actually it is just augmentation of the CS Rep's role to utilize more AI for escalation of cases

This is kinda misleading with call center AI is not replacing agent at all. They're introducing AI TOOLS for agents which is different because the efficiency is much higher than the agent before without AI TOOLS.

yung sa Call Center Agents NGL may lay offs nga sa ibang centers dahil sa AI. and for me babalik rin yan human agent. Sobrang mahal ng AI agent and need to maintain palagi. plus the data centers pa kaya nga nag papatayo sila ng mga data centers kasi they cant keep up on demand. plus nag mamahalan na ang subs sa mga AI platform and agents.

Call center not all. Yung parts or departments lang na kaya i-automate. Kahit sa emails di lahat nila kaya sarilinin. Parang lazada yan, may chat bot pero mostly itransfer parin sa agent.

Nurses talaga hndi talaga yan mpapalitan. Talo pa nila Doctors na bumabasa lang ng lab results , nag bbgay ng gamot , nag didiagnose. pero nurses Malabo talaga marketplace. Kahit anong isip ko kahit palitan sila ng robots Malabo talaga.
