If a guest is willing to spend 6k a night you are not dealing with an average guest. These people have a lot of disposable income and expect a certain level of respect and service. This is low level income disrespect and it will ruin them!

From what I gathered from watching the video they sent him a very last minute email that they cancelled his reservation but he didn’t see it cause it was within 24 hrs of him showing up. If that was me I would’ve crashed out cause wdym your calling the police on me from the video it looked like the staff knew his name already all they had to do was apologize and tell him that they cancelled his reservations but even that was to much

the staff clearly wasnt trained at all. no staff at any 5 star property (even security) will ever treat guests this way. having a missing reservation is already a big enough mistake, but the service recovery is beyond atrocious
