I feel sorry for Sheepstealer but it was also pretty clear that when he walked faster towards Rhaena and Rhaenyra, Syrax saw him as threat to Rhaenyra and she attacked she was trying to protect just as Sheepstealer was trying to protect Rhaena since he saw the other dragons and Rhaenyra as threat
