@johnvo_: People overcomplicate personal branding. You don't need to invent a persona or figure out some perfect niche. Start talking about the things you actually know, the things you're interested in, and the experiences that have shaped how you think. Package those ideas into video. Then pay attention. What did people respond to? What confused them? What questions kept coming up? Take what you learned, make the next one a little better, and repeat. Eventually people start to know you for the ideas you consistently put into the world. That's a personal brand.
