This is the house my old neighbor’s grandparents lived in for yeeeeeeears while growing up in UP from the 80s to the late 90s. Their dad did all the front yard landscaping / planting back in the late 80s while living just across 44th St W, down 72nd Ave Ct W. Great part of UP to live in, close to everything without it being too busy or noisy.

740 for that is a joke. It’s so dated. The bedrooms are small. The backyard is crap. You’re losing the plot over in UP. I bet they bought it for 200k 15 years ago.
