tbh I don't think detail was necessary they conveyed the horror of the characters extremely well. Words and art are different, they'd only be able to show so much without turning the manhwa 18+. omitting how she was found and instead showing every character literally fall into complete despair over it was SO much more compelling cuz ur mind can go anywhere

bro there's also in a novel of this one ongoing manhwa, the FL was executed by a guillotine bc she did forbidden apothecary or smth and these disgusting men assaulted her body and dismembered it. the ML didnt know she died because he left her years prior for some war or expedition smth, and overheard the men talking trash about her in a bar and her beheaded body, he got so mad he killed them, and his own subordinates closed off the door so the men couldn't leave as he klled them. later in he found out his own brother(the emperor) was the one who let FL get executed because he thought FL wasnt a good match fir ML(he sees ML as a god figure) and ML got mad because he had told him to keep her safe and then klled his brother. THEN ML spent years trying to find ways to turn back time to before she was convicted and executed and proposed to her and she said yes because to keep doing the forbidden apothecary, it's only legal for nobles to do it and ML is an archduke, and FL is actually one of his old maid's daughter and they've known each other since they were younger.

The pope orchestrated the same strategy to put the marquis household to the dirt and richelieu was appointed to handle the task, which in the current timeline he started by doing the same— twisting the narrative and making 1nc3st accusation which led them to holy duel.
