As an eBay seller, NEVER use UPS for anything large, fragile or valuable. Doesn’t matter how well you package it, 95% of the time your item will be damaged because the workers just don’t give a fck.

Shipped most of my kitchen ware vis UPS when I moved from TX to CO, bought the same insurance, declared the contents worth $500. After I got the packages both had been cut open and retaped, some Williams Sonoma stuff stolen, and majority of my glassware broken. Filed a $370 claim for only what was missing/damaged, and UPS still wanted to fight me over it for months
