I like to think of it as how different heroes/people see him. daredevil obviously cant see, but all of his senses are entirely advanced meaning he might understand Peter on a more physical level than anyone else, meaning hes probably creepy as fuck to him.

The reason why spidey looks like a literal demon in the daredevil comics is because it is from the pov of his mind's eye. He tries to keep it accurate, but the terror of Spiderman's actual capabilities scare him.
