![[Ramekin Series] Ep. 2 Lemon Basque Cheesecake | so i did not adjust the measurement for the ramekin and now I have four tiny basque cheesecake…i love it 🥹 Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup of sugar Zest from 1 lemon 3 blocks of cream cheese 5 eggs 1/2 cup of heavy cream 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp of salt Procedure: 1. Whip your cream cheese until smooth. 2. Combine your zest and sugar in a blender and pulse until they are homogenized. 3. Mix in your lemon sugar into your cream cheese until silky smooth. 4. In a bowl, beat your eggs until…well smooth. Gradually add in your eggs into the cream cheese mixture until everything is kincorporated. 5. Add the cream, vanilla and salt and mix. 6. Bake your basque cheesecake in a 475 degree fahrenheit for 30 minutes (this is for a little ramekin) You can follow morocooks instruction if you want to bake it in a bigger tin). 7.
