I saw one woman who used to run a cleaning company and Airbnb's for years who said she did have a rule about not moving the furniture in her listing ONLY because a guest once severely broke a dining room table because they moved it without care. She put the rule into her listings after that as a precaution and did not enforce it unless furniture was majorly damaged. This I could understand.

I was an actual guest and made a video and showed proof but mine didn’t go as viral because I actually enjoyed my stay and didn’t care about the videos. Personally found them very funny.

I had a host checking on me at least once per day during the whole week I stayed in his place, every time he told me that if i needed something just let him know. I answered the first couple times, but felt it wasn’t necessary to answer the other times. In my review he said I was hard to contact and barely answered
