Magalong has suspended face-to-face classes from Preschool to Grade 12 in both public and private schools in Baguio City on Thursday, August 6, due to Tropical Storm Maymay. To ensure the continuity of learning, schools shall implement the appropriate alternative delivery modalities, including: Modular Distance Learning Online Distance Learning Blended Learning Public schools shall implement the appropriate HINAY Protocol in accordance with Department of Education (DepEd) guidelines to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of learning. The suspension of face-to-face classes at the college level shall be at the discretion of university and college administrators, taking into consideration their respective assessments and recommendations.
