Heavy on this. Love is consideration. You don’t have to say yes to every request, but your partner should make you feel seen. There’s a difference between not being able to do something and making someone feel like they’re asking for too much. You shouldn’t feel like a burden for wanting your person’s presence, reassurance, or effort. Those are normal needs in a relationship. What’s the point of being together if we’re constantly making each other feel guilty for needing one another? Love should feel like, “I may not always be able to do everything you ask, but you’ll never have to question whether you matter to me.” And it goes both ways. I’m just as ready to consider you, show up for you, and make room for your needs too. That’s what partnership is. I genuinely hate toxic relationships. Change the person if you feel neglected it’s not normal to do 🙂↕️🙂↕️
