This is also why it’s so important to learn to give good, constructive criticism as well. It’s so easy to go “I don’t like this! Ding! This doesn’t make sense! Ding!” but way harder to explain WHY you think that, what about the work specifically makes you think that, how you would want to see it done differently, etc.
