Zucchini fish daal- Ingredients: Basa fish/ any white fish filets 500g Zucchini 3 large, sliced 1.5 cup moong/yellow lentils 1 sliced tomato 1 medium sliced onions 1tsp garlic paste 1tsp chilli powder, 1/2tsp turmeric powder, 1/2tsp gorom moshla powder Lots of fresh green chillies Lots of chopped coriander Salt to taste Cooking method: Following the recipe reel, fry some onions in some oil until translucent, add garlic paste, tomatoes and powdered spices. Mix well and cook for 7-8min. Add soaked daal; followed by cut zucchinis. Mix well. Add 3 cups of water and cook for 10min on high heat until lentils soften and zucchini is cooked. Add the fish filets and cover and cook for another 10min. Lastly add green chillies and garnish with coriander. Serve hot on its own as a soup, or with rice and a slice of lemon🍋
