I know a woman that put her husband through medical school. They both agreed that once he got through then it would be her turn to go. She looked after everything including the kids and even helped him study for exams. He finished his residency and within six months was cheating and leaving her for a much younger student. Post divorce she put herself through medical school and succeeded on her own. She could have skipped him altogether and been successful earlier. He also doesn't see his children.
