Bro real estate isn’t to do part time. This is what people do not understand. Yes you can do it. But it’s not something for college kids to do for fun. Skip school and get your real estate license and focus on just that work your ass off and you can make hundreds of thousands. More than what a degree will get you.

Getting a real estate license isn’t automatically a solution especially in today’s market. In some cases, experienced Uber drivers may be earning more consistent income than newer real estate agents. A license gives you access to the business, but it doesn’t guarantee clients, closings, or income. If we genuinely want to help people earn more, we need to look beyond “just get a license” and offer realistic solutions that match today’s economy.

No one is handing you deals. You need to devote yourself to Realestate 24/7 for a good 2yrs. Kids don’t have that time when they are majoring in other careers and have internships and jobs elsewhere
