You are so courageous, and I love you. ❤️We were handed a map & spent so much of our lives following maps—of conditioning, beliefs, roles, and stories handed to us by pain and fear. Clarity has arrived. Less noise & more signal! Healing is remembering who we were beneath those maps all along. And when the day comes that our boys find their way back to us, they will meet us after we’ve done the work of healing—we will have the capacity to hold whatever comes next with wisdom, steadiness, and love, rather than being defined by the pain of a severed attachment bond.
