@wellwithchels_: Pregnancy isn’t the time to stop training your core… it’s just the time to train it differently! Your core and pelvic floor do so much throughout pregnancy— they support your growing belly, help stabilize your body as it changes, and prepare for labor, birth, and postpartum recovery. That doesn’t mean chasing the “hardest” ab workout. It means focusing on strength, coordination, breathing, and control through movements that support your body during this season. These are a few of my favorite pregnancy-safe core + pelvic floor exercises that have become part of my weekly routine. Breathing during: Exhale on the effort, inhale on the return, and keep your breath flowing throughout each movement (avoid holding breath). Perform 2–3 sets of each exercise with 45–60 seconds of rest between sets. ✨ Save this for your next workout mama #pelvicfloorhealth #pregnancyworkout #fitpregnancy #2ndtrimester #pregnancytok
