Honestly I think he probably does have Simple Domain by the time of the end of the series. It's said he can figure out and learn a technique with just one look and he has seen Kusakabe extensively use Simple Domain along with Gojo.

without ct? hes getting fucked so hard LOL. part of why shinjuku is tense is because of wcs. you can see that once he loses his output to a certain extent gege removed all other characters to provide sukuna a fighting chance

sukuna without a CT is T4 can't win against gojo or kashimo kenjaku could swarm him with his cursed spirits but against yuta he could tank yuta's attaks for 5 minutes than destroy him in H2H
