@theunrulyjg: These are the biggest lessons I've learned so far: 1. You have to put the time in to get the results you want. There are no shortcuts. The concepts are deep, the pace is relentless, and success is earned through consistent hours of studying, reviewing, and showing up every single day. The work always reflects the effort. 2. Don't neglect your relationships. School is important, but so are the people around you. Spending time with friends, classmates, family, and your support system helps keep you grounded. Some of my best moments have come from stepping away from the books for a little while. 3. Go the extra mile to make the material stick. Reading the slides isn't enough. Draw it out. Teach someone else. Use whiteboards. Create diagrams. Connect physiology to clinical practice. The more ways you interact with the material, the more likely you'll remember it when it matters. 4. A little bit every day is better than nothing at all. Not every study session has to be eight hours long. Even on the busiest days, reviewing for 20–30 minutes keeps the momentum going. Consistency beats intensity over time. On to semester two. 💉📚 #fypシ #nursetok #SRNA #CRNA #motivation
