what are you talking about 😭😭 your walmart must be ROUGH. our cap 2 team has like 12 workers that all work until 11. everyone can open cases because they have electronic tags we unlock with our app. our baby formula isn’t even locked up though. the only things locked up are electronics, jewelery, and car batteries. some things have autopegs, spiders, and keepers but they open them at the front.

fr i work 2nd shift in hba, but it's really that entire half of the store bc there's just no one else there 💀 people will come to me from all over for help with cases and just general assistance when i'm already slammed attending the 20 cases and locked makeup we have in hba 😵‍💫

Maintenance? Often we have no maintenence...if we do, they end up on the door. We are so short in the evening it isn't even funny.....we are covering multiple jobs and getting yelled at by customers.....with digital locks, not everyone can open everything

Idk where you work but for me there’s only like a few cabinets that need actual keys to unlock, everything else from ammo to baby formula can be unlocked with the phone

most businesses that have deli not just Walmart have deli close early. it's not lack of employees. it's been that way forever. since I was a kid. I am also a meat associate and have been there 3 and a half months and are allowed to open the glass cabinets.

I don't know if it's your store but at my store yes we shut down garden center at like 5 or 6, but I work CAP 2 at my store which is the evening shift and there is like 20 of us total, only like 10 or 15 are scheduled per day, but you can always see us on the floor after 6 (our lunch is 5) untill 10pm. When I go to the store to shop in the morning there is no one on the floor other than OPD.

As an employee as well, that’s what the coaches/leads, overnight associates, stocking 2, and opd is for regardless. They are there, but we both know we don’t want to be asked for help
