Myself & my Sister in Law was sat next to this lady during the sentencing week. We was victims of the monster Bush too! Some of the Witness Statements was horrific! He gave us something/someone else’s ashes back and my mother in law hadn’t even been cremated!! 🤬🤬 Horrible vile man.

i really can't get my head round how the authorities didn't know this was happening. when you pass away, you as the family register the death and issued a piece of paper called a green (it basically green in colour). on this paper is a unique reference number to your love one, at the bottom of this paper the unique number is printed again on a tear-off strip. once the funeral has taken place, the tear-off strip has to be returned to the original registrar. if they do not receive it within example 6 weeks. they chase the funeral director to find out where it has gone, as this creates a full loop from start to finish and they know the funeral has taken place. the tear-off strip is normally sent back to the registrar from the crematorium or burial place, not the funeral director. not followed this case closely, so unsure how the authorities haven't spotted it earlier by having missing paperwork.

I’ve not ever thought about that! I had a key to the hessle funeral home and my dad was resting in there, I had access at all times and never had to let Robert know I was going to visit him..He was in the same room all week over Christmas, No air con ect..

The problem is the prepayment plan the undertakers don’t give a shit cause they’ve had your money already. We were treated appalling when my mum died. I did Rez a complaint but as it was answered by one of the other Company directors who happened to be the funeral directors wife she was completely biased. I think there needs to be a review on how the funeral homes treat your loved ones so that they continue to get the dignity they deserve.

It’s disgusting my 2 beautiful girls was his victims aswel. They thought they had there dads ashes until the police called them which has distraught my too girls really badly. And before all this came out it took my daughter 2 years to get her dads hospital bad and finger print and when she got in the car the first thing I said was they are not ur dads prints they are still wet how could they be after 2 years?? But we just drove off as it never crossed our mind something as distressing at this… wish we went back and questioned the evil 🤬🤬 so sorry to every victim xx
