justice for a stray dog? what about the victims of stray dog attacks? did they get their justice? you can say that because it never happens to you, but wait until your childrens became the victim of a stray dog attack. PBT is just doing their job TO PROTECT THE RESIDENTS. if the so-called owner did not interfered with their job, non of this would have happened.
