I still do the nap thing after lunch I don't necessarily sleep but I just sit on the bed and chill before I go back out into the heat. I'm 13 btw and I still do this

We normally do the day bring them back and let them nap around 3-5 so there ready for dinner and then there not tired at night either then normally for the little discos and also gives you a a couple of hours to have a shower after the pool and chill on the balcony whilst the kids sleep xx
