There’s many who is afraid to go and cancel for years now waiting to be cancelled by SASSA due to the fact that they have to pay back so just open doors for them to come and cancel with no penalty and see numbers rising, people who wanna be cancelled automatically are getting it regularly but those who needs it are called for review and are cut off
