Charging a small admission fee to keep his wealth; but waives it for people like students, and academics. If you donate or sell to him, you get a lifetime membership. if you're just posh and rich for the sake of it; he'll charge you double

I think I would be a vampire therapist (I know there is a game) helping them dealing with the reality that the rotary phone did not work for decades and they either had someone putting in a modem that could translated it's signals or been talking to themselves.
