I’ve always been obsessed with clowns since I was little. I used to want to be one but I became an artist instead. There are times when I draw something silly for people, (my coworkers, or my family, or just anyone I guess if I like them) I will never forget the first time I saw someone’s eyes light up in amusement from my drawings. I figured, maybe I can be both. It’s worth it to see that look. Every single time. (And when you can get the most serious person in the room a drawing and catch that light anyways even though they try to hide it. I saw your whimsy that day, Patrick ❤️)
