ICE agents are not legally allowed to pull weapons on people solely for filming them in public, nor can they block vehicles or exits unless there is a legitimate, articulable legal justification or active threat. Filming law enforcement officers and immigration agents in public spaces is a protected First Amendment right, provided you do not physically obstruct their operations or violate local buffer laws.
