Even if you did ask someone to clean that… why is that a problem?? If you’re not supported by your management then, I’d highly recommend reaching out to corporate for resolution.. transfer stores? Idk I love it when people don’t like me in retail lol can’t bully me out of anything, murder them with kindness, it’s hilarious

This was me , getting bullied by T.J. Maxx old ladies …all the old women in the back room stocking and talking about the markdown team and brought it up to the managers attention and they shrugged it off saying just ignore them. SMH

I was the youngest manager at Macys and I had to help the other lady managers make their gifts or cover their counters cause I was overall luxury brand manager having to educate anyone who asks or whatever and it was always the other older managers giving me a hard time trying to dress vid skins you I didn’t have one they said I stole samples and gave stuff away for free and ran a Ts mind you all managers give the free samples… keep returns for themselves smh

Reminds me when I came in as a new senior manager I was just left by my co-manager to get settled in the break room. I often get complimented but mostly on my fragrances , nothing ever strong. This worker veija comes in and starts gagging and over exaggerating saying it reeks inside. So others coming in nobody else has an issue. I move away , and she stands in front of where I just was and starts saying “ OMG IT SMELLS HORRIBLE OVER HERE I HAVE ALLERGIES I CANT BREATH “ . All the people coming in & out the locker room since it was the start of the day said nothing , passed by no problem looked at her like she was nuts , basically they seemed accustom to this behavior lol. So I say, what does it smell like ?? She’s like “ LIKE - LIKE — flowers or something sweet I hate flowers and sweet scents “. 🤣🤣🤣 my co manager came back and overhead that same looked at me and we both chuckled. Yeah , we all later came out the locker room and I was introduced as a senior manager and how I was going to primarily over see that location. NEVER again, I mean NEVER did she say or act that way again. Also all the reps started gaslighting her and complimenting me and my scent hahaha 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 .
