I’ve started responding “oh amazing! What do you do with your time off?” And I can’t decide if it’s landing - I mean for it to open the door to share more about themselves outside of the family/gauge if they *even have* time to themselves. Worth noting it’s delivered with a little sarcasm (knowing they prob don’t have time off). Any tips on how to help a SAHM feel empowered in this sharing moment? Not assuming they’re not proud but it must be hard to be in a circle of outside the home working people and feel like an outsider.
