Watching this as a SEN parent, nothing about it was funny. It was just sad as I don't want to be reminded about how my life is playing out or how my oldest son must feel his whole life with a SEN sibling. I like to lie to myself and pretend our lives are normal. Seeing it played out? Just reminds me it's not. I couldn't possibly watch this 🥺

I have 2 autistic daughters and yes, life was hard and I was so tired, but I battled everyday and now at 24 and 23 years old they are successful individuals, one graduating as a nurse this year. Please don’t feel like you’re failing, look beyond the Autism and realise that they have abilities that others don’t. Autism does not mean that life is limited, life is limitless when you accept that they don’t see the world the same way, and it’s a gift💕

Put 99% of the population in this situation for just 24 hours …..you watch all the disability hate for DLA etc disappear….people just haven’t got a clue how hard it is to raise a special needs child!!

It’s when you get to the point that they are too heavy & big to pick up and move that makes it 100 times worse because then your completely stuck 😬 you think it’s bad when they are younger but atleast you can put them in a buggy or pick them up but when you physically can’t move them it’s impossible

People really do not understand unless you have a severe autistic child , u have no idea how hard life is 😭it’s heartbreaking 💔 I’m a nanny to my grandson with severe autism and my daughter goes through this everyday 😥😞 only yous parents living this life everyday truly understand 😔😥

as a father with neurodivergent kids I can relate to this but it's not all bad, At times you want to give up and it's very hard work but when they achieve even the smallest thing's it makes it all worthwhile

The writing of this was phenominal, it truely captured the feelings of judgement and stress parents of children with disabilities go through. The actors did a great job would highly recommend for both neurotypical and divergent parents to watch❤️
