That’s active trauma happening. Her brain/nervous system is overloaded with traumatic events and it can’t focus on anything specific for more than a fraction of a second. She will only remember snapshots of this trial bc it’s so traumatic, she can’t actually absorb it all.

I started on the prosecutor’s side, but this lady needs to be in a hospital not a prison, it’s clear as day, you can think she’s a monster or whatever, but she needs a health facility, anyone who thinks a prison is the best spot for her hasn’t watched the trial through in my opinion.
