do you have arthritis? I got diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis when I was 28 and its horrible. I have bad hand days alot. the cold is the worst but if its too hot which it has been in pueblo lately I'm swollen too.

One take is super impressive! today the plan is to get some crochet done i am working on sewing some of the granny squares together not my favorite part lol. I am sipping on some coffee for lunch I am doing kimbap I git from aldi. OH I tried the blue raspberry hydration stuff and you were right its fantastic 🥰

I had a simple turkey and cheese with mustard sandwich with some doritos today. earlier had apples and peanut butter, and may later crunch on a cucumber. Pepsi zero and a watermelon propel for drinks.
