Tenet is like a four-dimensional story told in a three-dimensional world. The physics are inherently unintuitive, which causes the confusion. Neither the characters nor the audience is meant to understand everything going on in the moment bc we only experience time linearly. It’s the mystique around temporal manipulation that raises the stakes of the story, especially when the nature of the antagonists is one we can’t truly conceive of.

I dont understand the bulletholes that "turn into" a bullet. If the bullet is like stuck in backwards time then when did the bullet hole appear in normal time? Like was it always there? Because its a building, people built that.. 🤨 ..built it with a bullet hole or...what?
