@daddiedelioncourt: I make this fermented pepper sauce once a year and it’s absolutely incredibly delicious. I use the brine for marinade and the pepper sauce itself…. Literally only takes a pinch to give a whole pot some intense heat! It’s delicious, savory, and has tons of umami flavor.
